We are a social peer network, based in Bristol, UK.

Our vision is to create an open, compassionate culture that is without stigma,
empowering people to feel free to be themselves. We want to start
breaking the mold by introducing ways of engaging conversations through…

Coming soon: join our bi-monthly working group, Emotional Wellbeing in the Workplace. An engaging, interactive workshop for employers and employees. Share experiences, stories, ways of opening up the conversation around mental health, how we respond and how best we can create an open compassionate workplace culture. Providing local support and best practice in collaboration with National Time to Change.

Social Events

Our events are fun and engaging…. we work with you, with compassion…. and most of all we care. Maybe like us, you have a personal experience or a friend, loved one, you would like to raise awareness of. Inspire conversation, empower people to be themselves. Let’s help be the change we would like to see in the world.

Wellbeing Workshops

We provide emotional wellbeing – mental health awareness workshops and training tailored to your needs. If you would like to know more, call us, or drop us a line and we will be happy to discuss how best we can achieve your desired outcome. Workplace meetup: duration one hour – drop-in format, providing information and signposting – complimentary to organisational policies and procedures – monthly, bimonthly, quarterly with an aim to help create a more sustainable, emotional, healthy and happy workplace culture.

Open Dialogue Therapy

An informal, less clinical approach to one-to-one and group therapy. There is no miracle cure, no one universal answer, but through open dialogue therapy, we can work together in a pragmatic approach to achieve a sense of wellbeing in both your personal life and workplace environment. We’ll adapt to your needs daily disciplines, tools and techniques, and, with time, it will become your way of life.

Our aim

Our aim is to help reduce social isolation….

We have three main objectives:

Integration of emotional and physical health.

Social peer support.

Mental health continues to be hugely misconceived within our society. We all have mental health! And as with physical health we will at some time in our lives experience ill health related to one or the other.

Many people feel afraid to admit that they are struggling with their mental health. Statistics reveal that the stigma encountered is far worse than their actual mental health diagnosis. The fear of which – so often stops people seeking help and support.

We offer a pragmatic yet fun approach and would love for you to join us at one of our events

It’s time to start a new chapter….
And together we can.

Best wishes, the Wellbeans Team
